mean=1+3+3/3=7/3

after arraging them in either ascending(1,3,3)or descending(3.3.1) order median comes out to be 3.

When 6 is added to the list mean becomes

X(mean)=1+3+3+6/4=13/4 which is greater than 7/3.

after arranging them in ascending order:1,3,3,6

Median becomes 3+3/2= 3

it remains same.

Hence,mean increases and median remains the same.
