If fresh grapes contain 95% water then dry grapes (100%-95%=5%)
Or dry grapes contain 5% water
Then dry grapes (100%-5%=95%)
That is why

X*5%=95%*400
X=19*400
=7600 gm
7600/1000 kg=7.6 kg

Yello,

Given that :

Fresh grapes contain 95% of water.
Which means that if there are 100 g of fresh grapes, 95 g would be water.

Dry Grapes contain 5% of water.
Which means that if there are 100 g of dry grapes, 5 g would be water.

To find out :

How much kilograms of Fresh grapes is equivalent to 400g of Dry grapes ?

The explanation to this is in the pic.
(See pic, After that, i.e. continuation from pic)

 \frac{200}{9} g = (\frac{200}{9} \div 1000) \: kg

 \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = (\frac{200}{9} \times \frac{1}{1000} )kg

 \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = \frac{200}{9000} = \frac{2}{90} = (\frac{1}{45})kg

Answer : 1/45 kg.
For more simplification:

1/45 kg = 0.022 kg

Your answer is 1/45 kg (or) 0.022 kg.
Both are correct. But prefer the fractional form.
