=====================
In a coding language the whole terms works in sequence and similarly it takes the other values..

Taking the given part that
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
=> FRIEND ----> KTJMUH

Here, The codes are gapped in a specific way that the other words too are taken like that..

So Gap in Each term of FRIEND are the position difference between each term of FRIEND and KTJMUH..

=&gt; \blue K - F = 11 - 6 = \bf \underline{5 }\\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \blue T - R = 20 - 18 = \bf \underline{2 } \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \blue J - I = 10-9 = \bf \underline{1 } \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \blue M-E = 13 - 5 =\bf \underline{ 8} \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \blue U - N = 21 - 14 = \bf \underline{7 }\\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \blue H - D = 8 - 4 = \bf \underline{4 }\\ \\

Thus same sequence would be taken in calculating the code for CANDLE.

Now we have to add the gap in each term As per sequence TO CRACK THE CODE.

=&gt; \bf C \: \: = 3 + \blue5 = \underline{ \it8} = \green H \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \bf A \: \: = 1 + \blue2 = \underline{ \it3} = \green C \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \bf N = 14 + \blue1 =\underline{ \it 15} = \green O \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \bf D = 4 + \blue 8 =\underline{ \it 12 }= \green L \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \bf L = 12 + \blue 7 =\underline{ \it 19 }= \green S \\ \\ <br /><br />=&gt; \bf E = 5 + \blue4 =\underline{ \it 9} = \green I \\ \\

Hence.. It can be seen that the code for CANDLE will be HCOLSI
