therefore,
{(2x+5)/(1/3)3x-1}=3/2
{(2x+5)/(3x/3)-1}=3/2
[(2x+5)/{(x-3x)/3}]=3/2
(2x+5)/(-2x/3)=3/2
2x+5 = 9/4x
2x * 4x=9-5
8x=4
x = 4/8
= 1/2.
