The value of g is mainly considered 9.8m/s^2 but changes ever so slightly with points if observed on different places terrestrially on earth, also due to envoirmental factors.

By looking at the equation
Since r (Distance between the point on the surface of earth to the center of the earth) in the denominator of the above equation,
when r increases the value of g will decrease.
When r decreases the value of g will increase.
Since the value of r at the top of the Mount Everest than at Goa beach,
gravitational force at the top of the Mount Everest is smaller than the gravitational force at Goa beach.
