 \sf \: for \: it \: to \: be \: a \: relation \: (5 {x}^{2}  + 7) > 0

 \sf \: (5 {x}^{2}  + 7) > 0

 \to  \sf \: {x}^{2}   >   \frac{7}{5}  \\

 \sf \to \: x  >   \sqrt{ \frac{7}{5} }  \\

Hance,

 \sf \: x \in \: (  \sqrt{ \frac{7}{5} }  ,\infty )
