As temperature increases the icebergs or ice in the polar regions melts. As it means it forms water this water then flows through rivers or brooks and reaches the sea due to which the sea level rises. If tremendous amount of ice melts then tremendous amount of water flows and reaches sea and these may lead to Tsunamis since sea level might rise uncontrollably.
