All the heavenly bodies rotate to conserve the momentum caused by centripetal force by creating a false centrifugal force but if all of them stop rotating then they fall on one another creating a mass destruction in universe and it can (may be ) also form a black hole or supernova because of high density in small place.
God why do you have to make it so complex there is literally proper explanation on Google about it just look it up.

ok by your experiment tell me on thing let there is a stretch balloon in place of paper as universe and but a ball in the middle you will see all the space near ball is compressed but at this time we put a stopped ball now take another one and make it movement against the first one in a circular path you will see that you need a force to make another ball spin and if second ball moves in s circular path then you will also see the first ball spin

Hi..
let imagine that u have a stone which tie with a thread or rop. Now start rotating it by ur hand
then u can c ur stone is start lifting up ..when u increase speed of rotation then it raise more .
but it is difficult to raise it more than ur hand barrier , we can be do it if we apply more power but it is difficult .
here our hand act like gravity part, and our stone like a bodies or object of universe.
but one step is missing here . the gravity of earth.
the above example is only explain centripetal forces
now improve ur imagination for space,
if all the body stop rotating then they r start toward a central part ,it may be anywhere in universe .
it may be on earth or anywhere, because universe is symmetric .
and finally ,we collapse in a very fast toward any heavy object like earth move toward sun ,sun move toward MACHO, and our galaxy move toward another galaxies etc.....
it may be chances we collapse at starting point

in my way, it is not necessary ,a heavy particle have more gravity. it is not applicable everywhere.
take a example of black hole .who measure the mass of black hole ,but we r sure it have very large gravitational attraction in its region .

see everything in the universe depends on everything else in a fundamental way so it might be impossible to get closer to the full solution by investigating the parts of the problem
nevertheless it is certainly the way we had made progress in the past
So if the laws of physicis suddenly break then u couldn't use them to guess what would happen
So this question is just a thought experiment
unless we don't have unified field theory we can't predict what Will happen
if laws suddenly break
and for me it is difficult to imagine that A handful of residents of a small planet circling an insiginificiant star in a small galaxy have as their a complete understanding of the entire universe or unified field theory
