Rain clouds get heavier due to gravity forcing on the water droplets to fall on the ground...so basically no gravity no rain...

if there is no gravity the all the atmosphere/air/water will be lost to the space even water from rivers /lakes and seas will be lost. so,when there is no water or air all forms of life will perish.when all the water and atmosphere is lost the possibility of rain also ends.
