If h,C and V are the height,the CSA  and volume of a cone.P.T :3Vh^3 -c^2h^2+9V^2=0

you need to make some assumptions and just put up formulas
assume that the lateral height of the cone=l= \sqrt{r^2 +h^2}
and assume that the base radius of the cone is r
so you have, V= \pi r^2h/3
then you have C.S.A. OF A CONE =  \pi rl
and a good hint is that you should use the formula of l as given above in the formula of the csa of the cone.
