By being a sadist.  A sadist is someone who derives pleasure from harming others.  If happiness was the national currency, then as a sadist, you would be taking happiness from others to increase your own.

If happiness was the national currency then I would surely like to become a optimist. Optimist are the only happiest people in the world as they focus only on the good side of their life and never concentrate on their worst experiences. Therefore, who focus on their happy side can only remain happy. So, they would be the richest people of the world in the shortest time.
