Let the polynomials be p(x) and q(x)
Given (x −1) is the HCF
(x-1) is a factor of both p(x) and q(x)
Given LCM = x3 7x +6
= (x-1)(x-2)(x-3)
Since both the polynomials are quadratic, so one of the remaining will go to p(x) and the other to q(x)
p(x) = (x-1) (x-2)and q(x) = (x-1)(x-3)

Step-by-step explanation:
see picture
p(x) = (x-5)(x+2)
q(x) = (x-5)(x+3)
