In case of heart attack first calm down the patient, call emergency of hospital or take patient to hospital. Mean loosen up the tight clothing if the patient, maintain his/ her airway, breathing and circulation.

While in hospital ventilation is maintained with oxygen mask, morphine is given along with streptokinase
