If Helicase was unable to break the hydrogen bonds, how would this affect DNA replication?

No replication bubble will form and no DNA replication

Explanation:

Helicase separate the two stand of the DNA. and the two strands are help together by hydrogen bonds. So if you are not able to separate the two strand you DNA pol can't get in and replicate the DNA
