If human beings don't sleep for a day they will feel very tired.Ants don't sleep in their life time but they won't feel tired .Why? What's the reason?

but how can you say that they don't sleep. they do so. in recent research it was found that they sleep in a particular cycle

Human beings are absolutely hard working creatures, there body and other organs are very complex to those compared of an ant. Ant being small creatures don't need much sleep. Humans on the other hand don't have such small metabolic activities which can help stay them up for long times.
