If human cells had a lot of chlorophyll what would they most likely do?​

Assuming that chlorophyll would come with the full suite of molecules and structures possessed by plants to engage in photosynthesis, it wouldn’t do much. Look at a human - highly active and with limited skin area. Now look at a tree - it moves, but very slowly an in a limited manner. And its leaves give it an enormous surface area to capture sunlight. That tells you what you would have to be like to survive on photosynthesis - and we are not like that. Really, photosynthesis in a human would probably not provide enough extra energy to replace what it took to do it in the first place.
