The blood doesn't responsible for the faces of humans look alike or different. The faces are decided by the DNA in the human.
You can understand by this example -:
Consider a family, the mother and father having two children's , one boy and one girl.
Boy look like his father and girl look like her mother. This variations come from the DNA copy. The characteristic's of father is more in boy than girl. Similarly, the characteristic's of mother is more in girl than boy.
