if human intelligence is as a part of evolution, why other species have not evolved still into as intelligent as humans? ​

yes it is true that human intelligence is a part of human evolution other species have also evolved much more intelligent but they are not fact as intelligent as human because due to the scarcity of resources during the first phase of evolution of human they tried to gain much more intelligent and also animals try to survive within the limits but human try to expand which make them much more intelligent.
