if humans evolved from monkeys why are monkeys in 2021 not evolving to humans?

Because humans did not even evolve from monkeys. I think that humans were always humans only. Just they were not aware of it and lived in jungles and behaved like animals they saw. As passage of time they modernized themselves.

this is because the humans were a specific breed amongst the monkeys and the breed named Human evolved but the other breeds didn't evolved till now
