The fundamental quantities which the humans will definitely require for settling to any other planets and the humans will face a lot of troubles if they usually face on other planets.

In artificial hydroponic chambers, usually, the humans can create oxygen, infrastructure, shelters as well as the foods.

But on a large scale, it is not possible to produce biodiversity.

So, no items like curd and honey will be found and thereby there is no chance of any communicable diseases.

If humans were to settle on other planets like Mars which is now being tried in a large number of tries, the main problem which will be created that there will be no ecosystem.

Maybe the human could create oxygen for the breathing purpose which an support a small area particularly for a limited number of people but they cannot create oxygen for all the people and hence as a result no ecosystem will be created in the zone which will be a huge and major problem in the region.
