Hybrid tall pea plants will be 75%.
It depends on the phenotype of the plant.

phenotypical ratio:     tall:dwarf = 3:1
genotypical ratio: TT:Tt:tt = 1:2:1

the tall and dwarf plants will be in the ratio 3:1.
so the tall plants will be= (3/4)*100 = 75%
