Let one side be x cm and another be x+7 cm
by applying Pythagoras theorem we get
the equation
2 {x}^{2}  + 14x - 240

 {x }^{2}  + 7x - 120 = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  + 15x - 8x -  120  = 0 \\ x =  -15 \: and \: 8
side cannot be in negative so take x= 8
the sides are 8cm,15 cm,17cm
perimeter is 40 cm
