Given Data:

                    Hypotenuse side of a isosceles right triangle is \sqrt{2}cm

To find:

             The other two sides of the triangle

solution:

              ∴Right angle triangle=|∅=90°|

to find Opposite side;

             sin 90°=\frac{opposite }{hypotenuse}

         ∴sin 90°=1

             1=\frac{Opposite}{\sqrt{2} }  [∴Given Hypotenuse =√2]

             \sqrt{2}cm =Opposite

    now,

To find  Adjacent side;

                 cos90°=\frac{Adjacent}{Hypotenuse}[∴Given Hypotenuse =√2]

               ∴cos 90°=0

                   0=\frac{Adjacent}{\sqrt{2} }

                    \sqrt{2} X0=Adjacent

                      0cm=Adjacent

            ∴  Opposite side=\sqrt{2}cm

                 Adjacent side=0cm

            Hypotenuse side=\sqrt{2} cm
