if I am a leader of class how to maintain 45 students without leaving them to make noise

• You have to say please keep quite .
• If they not keep quit write their name. And give the name to class teacher.
• If they also not keep quite than give their name to principle office.

u are the leader so u should have such an impression infront of them that they should listen u and keep in mind that u should let them talk in murmuring voice bcoz they are not machines that they will not make any noise ........
