If i am now in the first year of mbbs at the age of 18 years, then at what age i will complete MBBS+MD? if take
minimum duration without dropping any year​

The MBBS is a 5.5 year (4.5 years academic education + 1 year mandatory internship) UG degree programme leading to the two degrees as Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. - MBBS

MD depends on your type of specialization still it takes 2-3 years not more than that. Still straight away you wont become a well named doctor after another 2-3 years to get a name n fame locally. To get renowned internationally it will be almost when you are 30-35. Even before that is possible but depends on your cases and mainly on your specialized subject!!!!!!!

so 18 + 5.5 +3 = almost 27 years
