Explanation:

But it is hypermetropia.

In numerical it is given near point of normal eye and that is given if person suffers from hypermetropia.

In myopia farthest point is given of normal eye .

Also the person can't see objects within 50cm i.e. he can't see from 0 - 50 cm. And our normal near point is 25 cm.and the person can't see objects at 25 cm he can only see it after 50 cm. Hence near point is given 50cm of hypermetropia eye.

Thus the person suffers from hypermetropia.
