A hilarious question, btw I'm TheBlaze, a moderator here. I would like to bring to your consent that moderators don't earn money not at all. But they enjoy few additional powers and privileges, which are not available to normal users.

no you will not earn money but you will lead the team.
its very difficult to become a moderator.first you will have to become a brainly star by asking a moderator. they will lead you then you will become brainly benefactoror then at last you will become moderator. it requires years to become a moderator.

Moderators, generally, are normal users from the site who have been following the rules and answering and reporting well. Users with a scope to improve are selected as Brainly Stars and trained by Moderators and Leaders. They are later made Benefactors based on their performance who become Mods after that. Moderators are users like you, nothing different!
We don't receive any money and stuff, but we do receive e-certificates from our Administrator.
