If you block a person, it may not notify him/her, but she can know you unblocked her/him.
If they try to message you, it will be showing : 'you cant send messages right now'
> Can it be unblocked?
Yes. it can be unblocked.
Brainly app doesn't provide any options to do so, but we can unblock in site.
To unblock :
• Open brainly site (in chrome or google)
• Go to the person's profile whom you wanna unblock.
• Click write a message
• Click unblock. Done!
