if i charge a comb and throw it will there be current.what if i put that comb on a table I move myself?

As you have charged the comb by the method of conductance , hence current is produced. When you will throw it , it will contain current for sometime only.

If you will put that comb in table , the table will start getting charged by induction and will attain opposite sign.
