If i do exercise everyday without any diet will i lose weight

It might be happen ,but it is not necessary that you should be on diet for weight loss this may cause weakness ,you can take food which not increases the calories such as juices ,drink water more , do cycling, and so many exercises that you can find google and follow it daily but if you want to lose your weight do it properly
