If I eat less and (in order to fill my stomach because i ate less) drink a lot of water (3-4 glasses) so I could lose weight, Is that a sign of Anorexia Nervosa? Is it bad or good?

It is not good because if we consume less ,we have less energy and we could not do anything actively

It's really a bad habit. Its not the right way to lose weight. Because having something in less amount could not fulfill ur energy level. You would not able to do any of ur life activities faster. It could also cause some stomach ache. Drinking water would not help to reduce ur weight.
The real and true way to lose ur weight is taking proper diet (proper food diet).
