If i give improvement exam will my previous year marksheet and pass certificate become unvalid or it will still remain valid. can i use Both?​

Candidates appearing for improvement exam cannot pursue higher studies during this course. ... Candidates appearing for CBSE Improvement Exam are issued a new marksheet, reflecting their revised marks. New passing certificate is not issued, since the previous year's passing certificate is still valid.
