If I have a string 41cm long can I make a rectangle using the string completely ? Give reasons.

yes we can 41 = 2( l + b ),

therefore 41÷2=l+b,

20.5=l+b,

we can take l&b as anything such as  

15+5.5=l+b,

therefore,l=15 &b=5.5

Hey mate.....

here's ur answer.....

Area of rectangle- 2(l + b)

41 = 2(l+b)

41÷2 = l + b

20.5 = l + b

Assume it....

10 + 10.5 = 20.5

So l = 10.5 , b = 10
