If I have hundred rupees and have to buy a hundred birds in which one parrot is of 5 rupees and one peacock of 2 rupees and 20 sparrows is of 1 rs and have to buy each of them.​ pls answer fast

If 20 sparrows are 1 rupee, 1 pigeon is 5 rupees, and 1 parrot is 1 rupee, then how can we buy 100 birds in 100 rupees?

So simple…

20 sparrows = 1 Re, that means each sparrow is of 0.05 Re.

• So, let's take 80 sparrows which costs 4 Rs. (80 * 0.05).

• Now take 19 pigeons which costs 95 Rs. ( 19*5).

• Finally take 1 parrot which costs 1 Re. ( 1*1).

80 sparrows + 19 pigeons + 1 parrot = 100 Birds.

4 + 95 + 1= 100/-

Hence proved 100 Birds at 100 Rs.
