Sum of Square = a + a + 1 + a + 7 + a + 8
= 4a + 16
= 4(a + 4)
If Sum of Square is given Then Divide the sum by 4 and subtract 4
to get top left number
S/4 - 4 = b
then rest numbers are
b b +1
b + 7 b + 8
for example sum = 20
=>20/4 - 4 = 1

Sum = 24
=> S/4 - 4 = 2

General rule :
S/4 - 4 S/4 - 3
S/4 + 3 S/4 + 4
