if i Increase salary by 15% and decrease by 15%, find the net percentage change in salary

N × (1 + x/100) × (1 + y/100)
Now, (1 + x/100) × (1 + y/100) = 1 + x/100 + y/100 + xy/10000
If we say that x + y + xy/100 = z, then (1 + x/100) × (1 + y/100) = 1 + z/100
Here, z is the effective percentage

if your salary is 5000
then 15% of 5000=750
so the salary will be 5750
15% of 5750=862.5
5750-862.5=4887.5
so the change is of 2.5% mark as brainliest
