hi
on seeling oranges at 14 for a rupee man losses 12%
s.p of 14 oranges = 1 rs
he got 12% loss
let find the cost price
=>c,p = s.p *100 /100 - loss
= 1 *100/88
= 1.13 rs
now he has to sell at 12% gain
=>s.p = c.p *100+gain/100
= 1.13 *112/100
