If I m taking the adjoint of {1 9}
{2 7}, I took the determinant and the answer is 25, So how can I complete this.
I have changed the position and the signs.
{7/25 -9/25}
{-2/25 1/25} Should the answer be written in points like 0.02 or what?

No,the answer shouldn't be written in points. It should be written in fraction.
You may prefer answer written in point but that may not be proper in some cases as you are dividing it by 25 thats why you got a proper finite number but if you would have divided for suppose by 3 then the number in decimal would be infinite which you would take upto 2 decimals hence not good to take answer in decimal point.
