No u won't become a blackhole.
Because there are certain rules to become a blackhole.
If a white dwarf star has a mass equal to 1.4 times the mass of the sun then it has chances to become blackhole.
Human race cant have such mass .
perhaps its not possible to become blackhole if you travel at speed of light.
