My friend, there is no 11th standard in the NIOS. After 10th standard you can directly take admission in 12th standard, in the NIOS. But, remember, in the NIOS 12th standard your course is of 11th+12th standards combined.

If you did your 10th from NIOS, and now, you want to switch your board from NIOS to CBSE, then you can easily do that. There is no restriction, or issue regarding that.
