if I study the question papers from 2013 to 2018.... will there be any chance of passing the exam?? (science)

yess u will surely pass the exam if u carefully study the question paper but, if u have to score gud marks u will have to refer other study materials

Yes , if you study the question paper last 5 years , it definitely helps you a lot . You can also sopve sample papers , assessment and last years trending question . Don't forget to read NCERT , then you can score definitely 85 + .
