If i took 3 rounds of a square garden of 40 cm dimension what distance i have covered?

in one round you cover40×4=160 cm. hence in 3 round you cover 160×3=480cm.

yogii81: yaa you have to take perimeter for one round it is 4a where a is the side of square. we have a=40cm . so in one round we cover 4×40=160cm . now for 3 round we will multiply perimeter of square by 3. clearly it comes 160×3=480cm
