If I want to do coloured illustrations for something VERY important, should I buy a digitizer? As colouring with hand takes effort and there are lots of drawings. Also please suggest a good digitizer and give the model number that is for people who have absolutely no idea about digital drawing and the cost is less than 5000 rupees. Thanks in advance!! NOTE: this is one of the most important projects I will EVER do so please take it seriously.
