If i was the prime minister of India what steps would you take to make india clean

Need based Education : The syllabus for the education needs to be revised and should be based on societal and industrial needs. I know i can’t be the Prime Minister of India. But being a responsible citizen, i would like to convey my thoughts to current Prime Minister of India:
Easy accessable and affordable healthcare services : The news of dead body carried by family members often grab the headlines of Indian media. 
Agriculture Marketing: Agriculture supports more than 75 per cent population of India directly as well as indirectly; Production of agriculture is insufficient for economic development unless it is supported by suitable marketing. Agricultural marketing covers the services involved in moving an agricultural produce from the farm to the consumer.
Small Scale industry : There has been a tremendous development in Secondary sector in our country, particularly in the industrial sector due to liberalization and globalization of our economy.
