if i were a boos, i would make all my employees be disciplined. i would divide the work equally between them so that any work can be done easier. i would give the training for those who are weak. as a boss , i would teach them the qualities of time management if there is any problem.

in this u can tell about how u can help ur employees to work faster and easier. tell them to have  some break after work. being active and disciplined. respect their colleagues. give every1 oppurtunity.
every1 should be creative. new faces should be get appreciated. and there are many more things u can do in the favor of them.
