    I WOULD :-

• If I were a ruler of the Universe, I would save the sick animals.
• If I ruled the Universe,, I would give luck and fun for everybody. Because, all people need this wonder.
• If I were a ruler of the Universe, I would give all countries equal rights. May be we haven't wars.
• If I ruled the Universe, I would build houses for homeless people, and shelters for homeless animals.

Explanation:

If I were a ruler of the universe for one day, I would provide everything for free throughout. I would also save the sick, and spread awareness about health and its importance. I would give everyone equal rights and make sure that there is no discrimination. I would provide all facilities for everyone, with the focus being on the poor and the needy.
