If you hear news then for this project refer the DD National Lok Sabha channel. See how the speaker speaks and imagine you are one. See how it does various things in the Lok Sabha even the Conducting of Proceedings..........If you have to write make a draft copy..........If you have to speak then revise the written things in the draft copy and speak up thinking your class as Lok Sabha and yourself as the speaker..........
