If I were head of the school…

If I were head of the school, I would ensure the students and teachers in my school would receive the best of facilities, education, privileges, extra-curricular activities, sports, and games.

First of all I would ensure the infrastructure at my school would be advanced, cutting-edge, and latest. The entire school would be computerized and smart. There would be no paper note-books, books, etc. everything would be done on computers, tabs, laptops, etc. All the classes would be smart-classrooms with internet connection.

All the teachers in my school would be computer literate. They would make their computerized lessons and teach the students using smart-boards only. All the extra help, assignments would be provided to students online. The school would have its own Brainly.in like learning website.

I would ensure the school would use only environmental friendly resources; for example the school would have its own solar-energy generation plant to run school’s all electric equipment. I would also ensure the school would have a fleet of buses, vans, and cars that would use only electric power to run.

I would ensure the school would have all the world class grounds, stadiums, courts, pools, rings, rinks, etc. for children to play. I would provide world-class coaches and trainer to my students. The school would have its own channel where t would telecast all the inter-house, inter-school matches. The schools would also have an advanced auditorium from where the inter-school or inter-house extracurricular competitions were telecast for parents to see at home.

I would often invite renowned scientists, doctors, career-counselors, motivational speakers, sports persons to hold workshops for my students for their enrichment.

I would often send my students and teachers to the best of schools in the world in exchange programmes to learn the latest trends in education.

I would ensure a mediation period of 20 minutes every day for all the students and teachers for the development of their spiritual aspect.

If I were Head Girl
If I was Head Girl of my school,I would have worked towards making it the best school in the town.I would have made all classrooms smartclassrooms with smartboards and internet connection would have been available to all.
Most importantly I would have worked towards the safety of children by suggesting the management for cctv cameras fitted everywhere.
I would have worked towards suggesting more of physical exercises in morning assembly to keep the children fit.Which is very important.I would have had an open ear to children's queries and should have solved their problems.
