if i would be a teacher i will abolish test as they are not accurate indicators of intelligence. on specific knowledge skills or values . test are quick way of knowing not how much a student has truly learnt but how good is he im memorising .
Besides eradicating exams impact on grades i will acknowledge i will develop multiple intelligence using divwece teching approaches materials and activities .
As teacher is given. the place after god in our indian tradition so i will teach students how to live a respectful life . and i will not be too strict to them but i will behave as their friend so that i could understand them and i will give my level best to proceed them towards the stairs of success..
