If i would become head boy of my school first of all i will appoint the other badge holders near to keep a check that whosoever is making school dirty by throwing paper wrappers would be given a punishment by announcing his or her name in assembly and by making him the one who will keep a check on cleanliness of school.

l second I will make strict rules that whosoever is making school dirty by throwing paper or wrappers will be given at least three warnings and at last would be given tc . then we will make small kids aware about throwing wrappers in dustbins.
